"You don't have the power to make rainbows or waterfalls, sunsets or roses, but you do have the power to bless people by your words and smiles... You carry within you the power to make the world better..."--Sharon G. Larsen, "Standing with God," Ensign, May 2000, 88
I think I am going to start using this in my own life. I don't have much to give anybody except kindness, and time. So I am going to apply this to my life and see if I can make somebody feel better throughout my day!

Good Advice, from a Good Friend...
To the homeless man every warm meal is a miracle. The fact that we are more fortunate than others doesn't mean it's any less of a miracle. It's a blessing in and of itself to be able to use the miracles God has given us and turn them into miracles for another. I received this today in a e-mail from a good friend. It made me smile and thought I would share it with all of you. It is so true, and reminds me that I should be more willing to unselfishly help others that may be less fortunate than me!

Nothing new
I don't have much of anything new to report. I have been busy with work, housework, and church things. But that is all pretty normal. Cade is anxiously awaiting next week as it will be her 9th birthday, and the last day of school. I can't believe how much she has grown, it happens so fast. I am looking forward to this weekend being a less busy one, and catching up on some missed tv shows I have recorded, and some sleep!
